Photoshoot Details and Preparation Guide

Booking and Payment

• Deposit: To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit of £59 is required.

• Remaining Balance: The rest of your payment is due on the day of the photoshoot.

Image Options and Pricing

• Included Images: Please note that raw or unedited images are not part of the bundle.

• Additional Images: You can purchase extra images for £15 each, or at a discounted rate of £12 per image when ordering 10 or more.

Session Preparation

• Session Length: Each session lasts from 20 - 30 minutes, so please arrive dressed and ready to begin on time.

  • If you’d like a bit more time to get ready or are worried about wrinkles from your journey, you’re welcome to arrive early. A changing area will be available at the studio.

Outfit Recommendations

• Suggested Colors: Neutral tones like cream, beige, white, dark orange, green, khaki, brown, or grey create a warm, timeless feel.

• Styling Tips:

  • For a dressier look, consider suits or semi-formal wear.

  • Avoid patterns, logos, or text on clothing to keep the photos simple and clean.

  • Coordinating colors among family members can enhance the photos. Exact matches aren’t necessary—just choose colors that work well together.
